Tuition Offered By lake-district-nordic-walking.co.uk

It's always  daunting to try something new, so I hope what follows will help you know what to expect for your time and money!

Tuition is held throughout the Lakes, making the most of fantastic scenery. Why walk in a town park when you can be surrounded by mountains?
Don't worry - we will walk on fairly level ground, no steep climbs. Training is on a variety of paths, tracks, and grassland., often at a lakeshore.
Group tuition is suitable for all fitness levels, and I will tailor an individual tuition session to your specific needs.
I'm always happy to chat to you beforehand, indeed it's very useful to do so.
